Sisters Superior Support Services was created from both lived experience and a deep professional commitment to providing neuro-affirming, participant-centred disability support that empowers people to live confident, meaningful, and independent lives.

We are bestfriends, sisters, business partners, and mothers who understand disability support not only professionally, but personally. Nateesha, founder, is a mother of four children, including two neurodivergent children aged 7 and 15. Through her lived experience as both a parent and a neurodivergent individual with ADHD, she brings a genuine, deeply personal understanding of neurodiversity and the importance of safe, respectful, and consistent support. Her experience navigating the NDIS both personally and professionally allows her to support participants and families with empathy, insight, and a strong focus on helping each person work towards their individual goals, independence, and long-term wellbeing.

Stacey, CEO and senior support worker, brings over 10 years of experience working in early childhood education and disability education support, along with the past 2 years working directly as a disability support worker supporting participants in their homes, community, and daily routines. Her professional background, combined with her calm, supportive approach, allows her to provide structured, neuro-affirming support that respects each participant’s individual needs, strengths, and goals while building confidence, capacity, and independence.

Together, we created Sisters Superior Support Services to offer something different. A family-run, participant-first service built on trust, genuine care, and real understanding. Our supports are guided by a neuro-affirming framework, recognising and respecting neurodiversity while supporting each participant to build skills, increase independence, and work towards their personal NDIS goals at their own pace.

Based in Lara and the Bellarine, we proudly support children, teens, and adults across Geelong, the Bellarine Peninsula, and surrounding communities. As locals, we understand our community and are committed to providing reliable, consistent support that families and participants can depend on.

We believe disability support should do more than assist with daily tasks. It should empower participants to build confidence, develop life skills, increase independence, and feel a genuine sense of belonging. Every participant is supported with dignity, respect, and understanding, with a strong focus on their individual goals, preferences, and strengths.

We take the time to build genuine, trusting relationships with every participant and their support network. Our role is to provide safe, personalised support that empowers each person to grow, thrive, and live the life they choose.
